Try Studio for 30 daysAll prices exclude VAT. Paying for the year costs ten months — the other two are free. Pro is per workspace, with three names in it: a DJ with two aliases is one person and pays once. Studio is per organisation, whatever it operates. The Studio trial takes no card and nothing is removed when it ends. Two names are free on every account.
What if the other side is not on TheJay?
Then it works anyway. TheJay is useful on the day you sign up, with the people you already work with, and nobody is ever charged for being invited.
| What you want to do | What happens |
|---|---|
| Put 15 DJs on a lineup, 4 of whom use TheJay | All 15 go on, with a profile, a rider and a photo you typed. Invite them later, or never. |
| Record a booking you did off-platform | It goes on the board with its money, its documents and its advance. It is not a lesser booking, and there is no fee on it. |
| Store a contract that was signed on paper years ago | Upload it. It becomes an agreement with parties, obligations and a trail, whether or not anybody else has an account. |
| Get a promoter to accept an offer | They open a link. No account, no password, no sign-up wall — and you see it was opened and answered. |
| Get a venue to answer a rider or an advance | One link, line by line. They never make an account. |
| Have somebody sign an agreement | They read it, sign it, and the executed copy is theirs. |
| Get paid for a booking | Send a payment link, or record that you were paid by transfer. Both are free; the fee is only on money that moves through the link. |
| Receive a demo from somebody with no account | They upload it to your page. Your verdict is what they see. |
There is no commission on your bookings
No percentage on any plan you can buy on this page — not on a booking, not on a fee, not on a release. (The one exception is the one the Terms name: an organisation that trades under a separate written agreement instead of a subscription, agreed in writing before it applies. Nothing on this page is that, and nothing here becomes it by accident.) We considered charging agencies a share of every confirmed booking and decided against it: it would have been a number calculated from a price you type in yourself, on deals you might reasonably keep out of the system, and it would have made our interest the volume of bookings you record rather than whether the software is any good.
AI is an add-on — €9,99 a month, and €5 of AI usage is included
Per workspace, every name in it, on any plan: captions written from your own release, gig and voice for every channel, rewrites, content ideas, and an uploaded contract read for its parties, fee, dates and obligations. Fair use included — there is no balance to watch and nothing to top up. Ten model-written captions a month are included without it, and the composer always writes from your rows whether you buy it or not.

Straight answers
No. There is no clock on it and there never will be. A DJ who runs their whole career on the free plan and never pays us anything is a DJ we are glad to have — an agency can find them, a label can hear them, and the network is worth more with them in it.
You go back to Free. Every track, booking, artist, event, contact, demo and post stays exactly where it is, and your connected accounts are not disconnected. Nothing is ever removed — what is refused is the next thing over the limit. Nobody is locked out of their own work here.
No. Studio is one price for the whole organisation, whatever the roster does. Your artists have their own free accounts and pay nothing for working with you, and you pay nothing for them.
Nothing. A venue gets an account: it is an organiser that operates a room — the rooms, the house tech that answers a rider line by line, the house rules, the nights it hosts — and all of that is free. Studio is only for a venue that runs a season and wants every night on one board.
Nothing. One workspace holds everything you do — your act, your aliases, a producer profile, an agency, a label, an event brand — on one subscription, and starting another one of those is free. TheJay does not charge you for becoming more than one thing; that is the part it is here to make easy. What is priced is capacity: names past the ones your plan includes, people past them, AI, and a small share of money that actually moves through a payment link.
No. Every plan is per workspace, and a second alias is yours: two names are free, Pro covers three, each findable and bookable on its own. A fourth name is €5 a month on the same subscription — and it does not matter what it is for. An alias, a label, an event brand: starting one is free, and what you pay for is the extra name.
Only promotional email — demo submissions, release promotion, follow-ups. Booking links, invitations, notifications and anything delivered to somebody else inside TheJay are never counted, however many there are.
