Fifteen on
the lineup.
Four on TheJay.
All fifteen on the screen. Type in the ones who are not here — with their rider, their fee and their photo — and invite them whenever you like, or never.
Event organisers and venues open on TheJay after the launch. Make music or run an agency? Artists and agencies can start today.
An artist who is not here is still an artist.
Type them in once — name, fee, rider, photo, the promoter handling them. Send them a link when you are ready and everything you typed becomes theirs, on their own free account, with the booking already on it.
Which of them needs you today.
Booking, contract, rider, logistics, payment — five readings per artist, computed from the rows rather than ticked by somebody. One event is free. Every event on one board is Studio.
Answered on Tuesday. Read on Saturday.
One briefing per act — stage, set time, doors, load-in, who is on the phone. Move the timetable and it says changed · not sent until you send it again. On the day it is a contact sheet in a pocket, and a delay on one stage is offered as a proposal rather than applied behind somebody's back.
A venue is an organiser that operates a room.
Your rooms, your house tech, your house rules and arrival texts, and the nights you host — typed once for the room, so every rider is answered line by line and every advance inherits it. Free, and Studio only if you run a season.
Agreed, invoiced, paid. And who says so.
Per artist, per edition. Say you have paid by transfer and it reads reported until the seller records the money — your word is carried, never converted. Settling an event is free; reading this edition beside last year's is Studio.

Ask the four desks you know. Then list it, if you like.
A slot you have briefed can be shown to signed-in sellers as well as sent to the ones you named. Only the agency that represents that artist, or the artist themselves, can answer. Newest first — no ranking, no bidding, no commission — and you take it down whenever you want.
Running events is free. Running an events company is €790 a year.
Events are never counted. Neither are the artists on them, the venues, the riders, the contracts or the invitations — those are how this platform grows, and charging for them would be charging ourselves for our own distribution. Everything inside one event is free: the briefings, the contact sheet, the checklist, event day, the venue, and settling it afterwards. What Studio buys is the portfolio: one board across every event, this edition read beside the last three, the deadlines your office keeps, deposit reminders, exports, and more than three people. There is no commission on anything; the one fee there is sits on money moving through a payment link and is deducted from what the payee receives, so paying an artist never costs you a percentage. Thirty days to try it, no card, and nothing is removed when it ends.
Start with one event. Add the rest when it helps.
No card, no trial clock on the free plan, and every artist you invite gets a free account of their own that we never charge you for.
