Your roster
is not a
spreadsheet.
Price it, book it, and see what the month actually earned — across every artist, in one place. Free for five artists; €79 a month for the whole agency.
Sixteen artists.
Nine open offers.
Add an artist before they have an account.
Type them in, price them, book them. Hand the account over whenever you like and every show you already made comes with it.
Three states, not two. A row can name a real artist and still be waiting for their answer — drawing that as “claimed” would put a Book button on a relationship nobody has agreed to.
What the month actually earned.
What the client pays, what the artist keeps, and what is left for you — by the month the show is in.
Two columns and never one total. An agency that reads a single number is an agency that spends a booking it has not got.
One calendar across the whole roster.
By month, or by the week you are actually working. Ask whether a Saturday works and the answer arrives in it instead of in a thread.
An artist answers free, busy or tentative — and you never see the reason they wrote next to it. That one is theirs.
Berlin Friday. Rotterdam Sunday. Saturday is free.
Two shows you already booked make a third one findable.
Three of the roster in the Netherlands, two 45 km apart.
The leg is already bought, so the night can be sold with travel included.
Backwards too: a territory played every six weeks and empty for nine is a campaign, not a coincidence.

Nothing leaves this workspace until you press Publish — and what a promoter then gets is the window above, never the two shows it sits between.
And what is going quiet.
Every morning, with the button that deals with it on the line.
A card leaves when the thing behind it changes, never because somebody waved it away. Nothing is red three months out — a field turns up here on the day it starts blocking, which is what keeps the screen worth opening.
Why artists say yes.
Because they can see exactly what you may do, and exactly what no permission here reaches. Nobody signs anything to try it.

They tick what you may do — and can untick it on a Tuesday.
That is not a weakness in the pitch. It is the pitch: an artist accepts representation inside TheJay instead of over email precisely because leaving costs them one click, so saying yes costs them nothing.
Publish it, and artists come to it.
Your page, your link, your shortlist. They arrive on a board as applications and never as roster artists.
Sending something is not the same as being signed, and one click should not be able to confuse the two.
Free for five artists. €79 a month for the agency.
One price for the whole office, whatever it operates — and no commission on any booking, ever, on any plan you can buy here.
Thirty days of Studio, no card. It starts when you make the agency and nothing is removed when it ends — every artist, booking, contact and contract stays exactly where it is, and the only thing that is refused is the next one over a free limit. The rest of the price list.
Getting paid through TheJay is optional. A payment link on a booking is free; the only fee is on money that actually moves through it — 0.75%, never more than €15 a payment, on Studio, and 1.5% up to €30 on Free — deducted from what you receive. Paid by transfer? Record it; that is free for ever.
The one arrangement that is not on this page. Some agencies trade with us under a written agreement instead of a subscription, paying a share of each confirmed booking at a rate agreed before it applies. That is a conversation rather than a button, it is set out in the Terms, and it is not what you get by signing up here.
Set the agency up in a minute.
Talk to us if you would rather.
The agency is its own space, with its own team — your bookers see the roster and the bookings and nothing of anybody's unreleased music. Thirty days of Studio, no card, and Free underneath it for ever.
